Build a brighter future by supporting our library Gifts to The Library Foundation support Multnomah County Library's innovative programs for children, adults and educators, helping the library foster literacy and address emerging community needs. Our supporters receive invitations to special events, including behind-the-scenes tours of Central Library, lectures and author visits. Honor a booklover in your life. Gifts made in honor will be listed in the foundation's annual report. Gifts of $100 or more will be recognized on four bookplates in new library books. Gifts of $1,000 or more can be recognized publicly, if you wish. Gifts of $25,000 or more can establish a named endowment.
